Thank you for your interest in sharing your story with the Emily Whitehead Foundation! We would be honored to have your family contribute to our mission to spread awareness of pediatric cancer and the innovative treatments striving for a cure.
Story Submission Guidelines
Writing guidelines/prompts:
- Description of diagnosis — age, signs/symptoms, how you found out, what you were feeling/thinking in that moment, etc.
- How did you find out about CAR T-cell therapy?
- Describe that time – how long you had to wait to have T-cells collected and to get them infused, how treatment in preparation for CAR T-cells went, etc.
- How might you tell this story to another family/parent/patient facing this treatment? What would you want them to know?
Upon completing this form, you will receive a story release, photo release, and some additional follow up information.
